Born outside of Albany, New York, Timmy discovered his passion for the mountains with SUNY Plattsburgh’s Expeditionary Studies program & MSU’s Snow Science Program. Timmy has splitboarded in Kyrgyzstan, Canada, and completed a traverse of Switzerland’s Urner Haute Route. In the winter you can find Timmy splitboarding in Utah’s Wasatch range, refining his split skiing techniques. Timmy has climbed throughout the U.S. but favors Washington Rock for its diversity, accessibility, and quality. If he’s not sticking to the fine granite of Washington Pass or Index he’s likely making a new batch of chili oil or perfecting his dumpling recipe.
