All NCMG staff are trained and supervised by owners Larry Goldie, Jeff Ward and Joshua Cole who are IFMGA licensed Mountain Guides and Instructors/Examiners for the American Mountain Guides Association.

NCMG operates under Special Use Permits with the Okanogan-Wenatchee, and Mt Baker-Snoqualmie National Forests, as well as North Cascades and Rainier National Parks and is an equal opportunity outdoor recreation service provider. We operate on the ancestral lands of the Methow, Okanogan, Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla, among others.
