Welcome! We've all heard the saying, "It's not the destination, but the journey.” But what makes the journey special?  It is the overall experience, and paramount to this experience is the relationship between the guide and the guests during these journeys. This is why at NCMG, we focus on small group outings that are rich in skills development, challenge and adventure. Our guides are true professionals lucky enough to be living the dream of doing what we love for a career.  This enthusiasm is contagious and helps create a true partnership with our guests who end up returning year after year for another journey into the mountain experience. 

Our small company of guides is located on the east side of the North Cascades in the beautiful Methow Valley of Washington State. We offer courses and private trips for rock climbing, alpine climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing and backcountry skiing on the rugged and spectacular "Alps of America" as well as other ranges.
